Antioksidanter som de fleste vet er stoffer som finnes i det vi drikker eller spiser og beskytter kroppen vår mot sykdommer og tidlig aldring. Kroppen vår produserer ett sammensatt forsvarssystem av antioksidanter for å bekjempe de skadelige virkningen av oksidering og frie radikaler.

Denne suppen er stappfull av antioksidanter, smaker nydelig og perfekt middag/Kveldsmat hvis du skal litt ned i vekt…. som jeg må nå;)

SPICY GRØNNSAKSUPPE

4 porsjoner

  • 2-3 cm ingefær
  • 1 stang av stangselleri
  • 1 løk
  • 4 fedd hvitløk
  • 2 håndfuller frisk spinat
  • 1 håndfull Cherry tometer
  • 1 boks kuttede tomater
  • 5 dl hønsebuljong
  • 1 fersk chili

Vask alle grønnsakene og kutt opp i biter. Skjær skallet av ingefæren og grovhakk. Surr løk og hvitløk i en gryte i ett par minutter. Tilsett buljong, kuttede tometer, cherrytomater og resten av grønnsakene. La suppen koke til sellerien er  myk. Smak til med suppen med pepper, chili og eventuelt litt salt.

Dagen i dag:

Klokken er snart 9 ,og dagen starter straks. Første stopp er SATS for litt spinning og styrke.  I Kveld er det bryting på planen, men før det er det Yoga.

Yoga er en deilig pause i hverdagen. Er du stresset på vei inn kan jeg love deg at du føler deg avslappet og myk i kroppen når du kommer ut igjen. Og yoga er ikke bare for jenter! Skal skrive litt mer om dette i morgen…….

Antioxidants as most know are substances found in what we drink or eat and protects our body against diseases and premature aging. Our body produces a complex defense system of antioxidants to combat the damaging effects of oxidation and free radicals .

This soup is chock full of antioxidants, tastes delicious and perfect dinner / supper if you have to loose a  little weight …. like I have to now ;)

SPICY VEGETABLE SOUP

4 servings

2-3 cm ginger
1 bar of celery
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 handful Cherry Tometa
1 can chopped tomatoes
5 dl chicken stock
1 fresh chilli

 Wash all the vegetables and cut into pieces. Cut the peel of ginger and chop. Saute onion and garlic in a pot a few minutes. Add the broth, chopped tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and remaining vegetables.

Let the soup cook until the celery is soft. Season the soup with pepper, chilli and a little salt.

Today

It’s almost 9, and the day Start immediately. First stop is SATS for some spinning and strength.

In the evening it is wrestling , but before that it is Yoga.

Yoga is a comfortable break from everyday life. Are you stressed on the way in, I can promise you that you feel relaxed and mellow in your body when you get out. And yoga is not just for girls! Will write some more about this tomorrow …….
