Jeg har i alle år sett på de som praktiserer yoga med misunnelig blikk . Jeg er en kunstnerisk  og åndelig sjel, og følte yoga var noe jeg burde prøve.  Men det er ikke før i det siste jeg har tatt tak i det. Det var akkurat som jeg trodde det ville være, og jeg er super fornøyd. Men nå kjenner jeg på følelsen av anger… anger over  at jeg brukte så mange år på å begynne. Jeg trodde det ville være flaut og at jeg ville drite meg ut…men det er jo ingen som ser på deg, alle er jo opptatt med sitt. Er det mulig å være så innbilsk ;P

Rundt meg er det faktisk utrolig mange som driver med yoga.  Jeg ble overrasket over at det var så mange menn.

I utgangspunktet trodde jeg at yoga var mest for sinnet, at du ville bli avslappet og balansert. Men det er jo også en utrolig bra trening for kroppen. Du trener styrke, du får strukket og tøyd muskler. Jeg har nå blitt 32 år ,og jeg er faktisk mykere i dag enn hva jeg var for 5 år siden.  En positiv bivirkning!  Jeg vil sterkt anbefale alle aktive  idrettsutøvere og mosjonister å bruke yoga som et tillegg til sin vanlige trening.  Du kan lese mer om hvorfor her: http://www.yogamagasinet.no/2014/03/hvorfor-idrettsutovere-burde-praktisere-yoga/

Jeg har testet ut litt forskjellige yoga steder, pga reise vei. men jeg har funnet min favoritt time på Balance yoga & pilatesstudio .

I have always looked upon those who practice yoga with envious eyes. I am an artistic and spiritual soul, and felt yoga was something I should try. But it is not until recently I have taken hold of it. It was just as I thought it would be, and I’m super happy. But now I feel  regret regret that I spent so many years trying to start. I thought it would be embarrassing and that I would embarrass myself but  no one is looking at you, everyone  preoccupied With their one things. Is it possible to be so conceited?!; P

 

Around me there are actually many people who are doing yoga. I was surprised that there were so many men.

 

Initially I thought that yoga was mostly for your mind, that you would be relaxed and balanced. But it’s also an incredibly good exercise for the body. You strength  and stretch your muscles. I am now  32 years, and I’m actually more flexible today than I was five years ago. A positive side effect! I would highly recommend all active athletes and recreational athletes use yoga as an addition to their regular training. I have tested some different yoga places. But I have found my favorite Place Balance Yoga & Pilates studio.

    I am not sure… but I have a friend who is a yoga instructor. He had problems With a prolapse in his back, and he is much better today. He feels the yoga made him better 😉 …and I think there is always a way to customize your workout.
