Endelig fredag! ……og vår?! Det ser nemlig ut som vinteren har sluppet taket i hovedstaden. Nå begynner en sesong med spennende ute treninger og aktiviteter. Har så mye å fortelle om utfordringer og personlige grenser som skal sprenges! Skal se om jeg får lagt ut noen bilder og poster i helgen. Stikkord: Sandbryting, hinderløyper og vikinger. Det kribler i kroppen bare av tanken……eller kanskje det bare er vår yr??

Finally Friday! ……and spring?! It does in fact look like winter has let go of the capital. Now begins a season of exciting outdoor trainings and activities. Have so much to tell about the challenges and personal boundaries to crush! I Will see if I can take some pictures and post this weekend. Keywords: Sandwrestling, obstacle courses and Vikings. It tingles in the body just by the thought …… or maybe it`s just spring??

I’ll start the season off by a combination of jogging and HIIT. I’ve been thinking of joining the local boat club and get into a rowing team. So many excellent ways to work out when the weather is nice!!
Rowing is great! I do a bit of kayaking myself in The summer. You can work out and enjoy The natur at The same time😉
Exactly! I need to waterproof my droid so I can get a little extra motivation from some music while rowing. 🙂
