Få en kick start på morningen med denne Mango,ingefær og chili smoothien. Sparker i gang forbrenning og gir ett energi boost.

(ca.4.glass)
- 6dl eple-og mango juice
- 1ts frisk ingefær rot revet
- Litt rød chili
- 200gr. moden mango
- 1ss sitron saft
- 1ts flytende honning
- 4 dl syrnet melk
Kjør i en blender til den er flytende.

◾ 6dl apple and mango juice
◾ 1 tsp fresh grated ginger root
◾ little red chili
◾ 200gr. ripe mango
◾ 1 tbsp lemon juice
◾ 1 tsp liquid honey
◾ 4 dl sour milk
Mix in the blender until it is Liquid
Sounds appealing! I have never had juice with red chili before, would like to try it someday!
It’s great. Just don’t use to much;) I am from norway but my father is from Mexico and There we use chili in everything 🙂
