NYE UTFORDRINGER
Les mer om Toughest her.
ENGLISH:
For about. 3 years ago I began jogging consciously to get fitter. It worked! Although the start was hard, and it felt like running in constant uphill. The condition has improved, and I am at a level where I enjoy myself when I’m out jogging. When I started there was a lot of asphalt and straight stretches. As the condition improved, it has become more forest and dirt roads. As you may have read earlier I am running “råskinnet” in early May. A cross country race that goes by Sognsvann in Oslo. You can read my post about the race here.
NEW CHALLENGES
In September the race called “Toughest” comes to Holmenkollen in Oslo. this is a cross country race with obstacles. Well …. This must surely be the next target in the process was I thinking??! Well they are required to have ambulance and stretchers aren`t they?? So what‘s the worst that can happen? 😉 Over you can see some pictures from the race.

Looks like fun doesn`t it? Well … I will surley find out 🙂 I will of course not do this all alone, and I have managed to convince a friend to suffer along with me.
Now I have to run to work! Have a great day everyone!

You are so sweet!! As always 🙂 Thank you sooo much :* I think The race will be a lot of fun…. Hard! But fun. You should take a vacation to norway some time and enter The race:)

What a test of mental and physical strength. Good luck and best wishes 🙂
P.S beautiful picture as always 🙂
Sounds really challenging! Especially if emergency services are required to be on hand. Also, I agree with Kristin and Zee – great photo. I’ve never seen a beautiful sumo wrestler before. 🙂
Thanks! You are always so Nice to me:)
Great photos of people enjoying physical activity.
I cannot run any more but I get the endorphin pumping on the cross trainer in the gym and riding my push-bike. It has to be low impact at my age.
Enjoy your cross country did a lot of that back in the 80s.
Just watch those knees, do not get too hyped up, on the rough down hill stretches. Kind regards jack.
