ENGLISH:
Up very early today with the idea that I would have time to swim before I had to work. We live just a few minutes away from the swimming pool and there is a great way to start your day. Long, long (?!) time ago I was an active swimmer, although perhaps more slowly now, the technique still there😉
Why swimming?
Swimming is good for both fitness and strength. Can you swim the four species can get a styrkeøkt whole body.
◾ Crawl
Especially arms, chest, back, abs, hips, thighs
◾ Breaststroke
Inner / outer thigh. The upper part of the chest and back, upper arms and ankles.
◾ Backstroke
Thighs, arms, chest, back and hips.
◾ Butterfly
Abdominal muscles, buttocks, chest, back and shoulders.
Why not end the training session with trip in the sauna?! 🙂 There are many great pools in Oslo / Akershus, but work or live in the center of Oslo you should check out Bislett bath and training.

I’m opening my pool today and will hopefully be swimming in it by the weekend.
You have a pool at home??!
I do. Outdoor, but heated.
Here’s an old post with pictures from last year.
