I går  sto jeg opp tidlig å lagde en utrolig god frokost. Oppskriften under er enkel, og nok til både fokost og lunsj for 2-3 personer.

Dette trenger du:

  • 1 pakke bacon
  • 1/2 brokkoli
  • 3 sjampinjong
  • 5 egg
  • 1 stor ss kokosmelk
  • 1 neve hakket spinat
  • 1/3 rød paprika,hakket
  • 1/2 ts bakepulver
  • Salt og pepper

 

  • En muffinsform. (fås kjøpt på clas ohlson for 129,-)

Sett ovnen på 175 grader.Stek oppskjært bacon og brokkoli(i små biter) i en panne,mens du blander de andre ingrediensene. Først egg og kokos melk,sammen med evnt. krydder. Bland så inn hakket spinat,sopp,paprika og bakepulver.

Fordel så brokkoli og bacon i formen. Ca.8 stk. Hell så over røren. Fyll formen helt opp.  Stek i ca. 20 min.  Vi stekte litt avocado og rødløk ved siden,men du velger selv ditt favoritt tilbehør. Restene kan du pakke med deg til lunsj 🙂

Yesterday I got up early to made ​ a really good breakfast. The recipe below is simple and enough for breakfast and  lunch for 2-3 people.

What you need:
1 package of bacon
half a broccoli
3 mushroom
5 eggs
1 large tablespoon coconut milk
1 handful chopped spinach
1/3 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp baking powder
Salt and pepper

A muffin form. (available at Clas Ohlson 129, )

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees . Fry the sliced ​​bacon and broccoli (small pieces) in a pan while you mix the other ingredients. First eggs and coconut milk together with the spices if desirable. Mix all the chopped spinach, mushrooms, paprika and baking powder.

Put  broccoli and bacon evenly in the muffin form. Approximately 8 pcs. Pour over batter. Fill the form completely. Bake for approx. 20 min. We fried some avocado and red onion to serve beside, but you choose your favorite accessories.
