Lag en rask smoothie med smaken av blåbær og banan. For å toppe det hele er det tilsatt en grønn-te shot stappfull av helsebringene antioksidanter.
Du trenger til 1 porsjon:
- 0,5 dl vann
- En pose grønn-te
- 1,5 dl fryste blåbær
- 1/2 banan
- 3 ss akasi honning
Slik gjør du:
Varm opp vannet lett. Ikke la det koke for da mister teen sine egenskaper. La det trekke i 2 min. Bland de øvrige ingrediensene i en mixer. Når teen er ferdig trukket tilsetter du den i blandingen.
Ferdig på 1-2-3 🙂

Make a quick smoothie with the flavor of blueberries and banana. To top it all off with a green tea shot packed with health-giving antioxidants.
You need for 1 serving:
◾3 tbl spoons of water
◾1 bag green tea
◾1,5 dl frozen blueberries
◾1 / 2 banana
◾3 tbsp acacia honey
To do this:
Heat the water easily. Do not let it boil for tea will then lose it`s properties. Let it soak for 2 min. Mix the remaining ingredients in a mixer. When the tea is ready drawn, add it to the mixture.
1-2-3 ready 🙂
