Høst forkjølelsen vil ikke helt slippe taket, så det ble en rolig formiddag med litt smoothie eksperimentering. Denne var klar til da ungene kom hjem fra skolen og havnet i ” den beste smoothien jeg har smakt” gruppen……
Dette trenger du til 2 porsjoner:
- 4 Aprikoser, renset og kuttet
- 1 moden mango, renset og kuttet
- 1 dl kokosmelk
- 4 ts ny presset sitron juice
- 1/4 ts vanilje ekstrakt
- 8 isbiter
Kjør alt sammen i en foodprosseror, blender eller smoothie maskin til du får ønsket konsistens.

The autumn cold will not let go completely, so it was a quiet morning with a little smoothie experimentation. This recipe was ready when the kids came home from school and ended up in “the best smoothie I have tasted” group ……
What you need for 2 servings:
◾4 Apricots, cleaned and cut
◾1 ripe mango, cleaned and cut
◾1 dl coconut milk
◾4 ts new squeezed lemon juice
◾1 / 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
◾8 ice cubes
Mix it all together in a foodprosseror, blender or smoothie machine until you get the desired consistency.
