Fylte paprika

Hva skal jeg si om dagens middag? Den var bare utrolig god. Jeg kan se for meg utallige varianter av denne retten. Prøv , og finn din favoritt. Her er i hvertfall ett forslag.

Du trenger:

  • 700gr kjøtt – eller karbonadedeig
  • 4 store sjampinjong
  • 4 fedd hvitløk
  • 1/2 Squash
  • 4 store paprika
  • 2 ss worcestershire saus
  • Pepper
  • Revet ost
  • Persille
  • Olivenolje til steking

Slik gjør du:

Sett ovnen på 200 grader. Kutt av toppene på de fire paprikaene og dra ut frøene. Varm opp olivenolje i en panne og brun kjøttdeigen mens du kutter grønnsaker,sopp og hvitløk. La grønnsakene steke med kjøttet i 5 min. Tilsett saus og smak til med pepper (evnt. salt). Fyll de klare paprikaen og topp med litt ost og persille. Sett de i en ildfastform og la de stå i ovnen omtrent  15 min eller til de er gyldne.

What should I say about  today’s dinner? It was just unbelievably good. I can imagine countless variations of this dish. Try and find your favorit. Here is at least one suggestion.

You will need:
◾700gr minced meat
◾4 large mushroom
◾4 cloves of garlic
◾1 / 2 Squash
◾4 large Parika
◾2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Pepper
Grated cheese
Parsley
Olive oil for frying

How to:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut  the top of the four peppers and take out the seeds. Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the meat while cutting vegetables, mushrooms and garlic. Let the vegetables roast with the meat for 5 minutes. Add the sauce and season with pepper. Fill the prepared peppers and top with some cheese and parsley. Put them in a baking dish and let sit for 15 minutes or until golden.
