Denne får gubben til å snu i døra

English version further down the page

KARBONADER M/OST

Du trenger :

Gir ca. 6 karbonader

  • 400 gr. Karbonadedeig
  • 2 egg
  • 100 gr. salatost/fetaost i olje.

It’s not often I get it right. But the moment he turned and came back for more I realized that I had found the perfect recipe.

BREAKFAST

Sometimes it is good with something extra tastefull for breakfast or lunch. I made these “patties” one morning and they held both for  breakfast and lunch. With lots of taste and feta cheese which creates a crispy crust is like a little party in your mouth.

Patties w/ cheese

You need :

Gives about 6 patties

400 gr. minced meat
2 eggs
100 gr. Salad cheese in oil or feta cheese in oil.
Salt and pepper to taste
This is how you do it:

Run everything together in a foodprocessor until you get a smooth paste. Heat a pan. Wet your hands and form 6 patties. Bake in pan with a little butter.

Serve with a slice of wholemeal bread and salad.
