Noe prøving, feiling og justering har til slutt resultert i denne røren som gir ca. 10 veldig gode, mellom store pannekaker. Smaks godkjent av selveste ungdommen i huset.

- 5 dl melk
- 5 dl havrgryn (hurtig)
- 2 egg
- 1 dl rapsolje
- 2 dl hvetemel
- 2,5 ss akasi honning
- 2,5 ts bakepulver
- 1 ts salt
Bland melk og havregryn. La det stå 10-20 min før du pisker inn egg, olje og til slutt de resterende ingrediensene.
Blandingen kan være litt tynn med en gang. Ønsker du pannekakene ordentlig luftige og tykke lar du røren stå i enda 15 min.
Stek i varm panne med litt smør. Serveres med favoritt tilbehøret.

Trial and error have eventually resulted in this great pancakemix that gives approx. 10 very good oatmeal pancakes.
• 5 dl milk
• 5 dl oatmeal
• 2 eggs
• 1 dl oil
• 2 dl flour
• 2.5 sz akasi honey
• 2.5 tsp baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
Mix milk and oatmeal. Leave for 10-20 minutes before whipping in egg, oil and finally the remaining ingredients.
The mixture may be a bit thin at once. But if you want the pancakes properly airy , leave it for another 15 minutes.
Fry in a hot pan with a little butter 🙂
