Påskemuffins med appelsin og kanel

Friske og smakfulle muffins toppet med en tykk ostekrem….. kos deg

Du trenger:

  • 125 gr. smør
  • 5,5 dl hvetemel
  • 2 dl sukker
  • 1 ss bakepulver
  • 1 ts kanel
  • 2 ts vanilje sukker
  • 2 dl melk
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 dl appelsinjuice
  • +skallet av en appelsin
  • Glasur:
  • 200 gr Philadelphia
  • 3 ss melis
  • 2 ss appelsinjuice

Slik gjør du:

  • Sett ovnen på 200 grader.
  • Smelt smøret og sett det til side slik at det får avkjølt seg.
  • Bland alt det tørre sammen i en bolle.
  • Bruk en annen bolle til å vispe sammen melk, egg, juice og revet appelsinskall. Rør dette så inn i melblandingen.
  • Tilsett det lunkne smøret til slutt.
  • Fordel i muffins former. Stekes midt i oven i 20-25 min.
  • Avkjøl på rist.
  • Bland glasuren og påfør de avkjølte muffinsene. Du kan sette blandingen 10 min. i kjøleskapet før du påfører for en litt faster konsistens.

You need:

  • 125 gr. butter
  • 5.5 dl flour
  • 2 dl sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 2 dl milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 dl orange juice+ grated orange skin form one orange.

Icing:

  • 200 gr Philadelphia
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

How to:

Set the oven to 200 degrees.
Melt the butter and set it aside to cool.
Mix all the dry together in a bowl.
Use another bowl to whisk together milk, eggs, juice and grated orange skin. Then stir this into the flour mixture.
Now add the lukewarm butter.
Pour in mix in to cupcake forms. Heat in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Cool on a rack.
Mix the glaze and apply on the cooled cupcakes. You can put the icing mixture for 10 min. in the refrigerator before applying for a slightly firmer texture.
