RENSENDE BRINGEBÆR SMOOTHIE
Bringebærende i denne smoothien har rensende enzymer og ingefær stimulerer fordøyelsen.
Du trenger:
(2 porsjoner)
- 3 dl frosne bringebær
- 2,5 dl ris melk
- 1 dl frosne kirsebær
- 2 ss akasi honning
- 2 ts revet ingefær
- 1 ts linfrø
- 2 ts sitron juice
Kjør alle ingrediensen sammen i en blender, og server i 2 avkjølte glass.

RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE
The raspberry in this smoothie has cleansing enzymes and ginger stimulates the digestion.
You will need:
(2 servings)
3 dl frozen raspberries
2.5 dl rice milk
1 dl frozen cherries
2 tablespoons acacia honey
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 teaspoon flaxseed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Run all ingredients together in a blender and serve in two cooled glass.
(approximately 112 kcal per serving.)
